What is not in these plans

Project work is quoted separately — a server build, a cabling job, a wireless deployment, a migration. Bundling those into a monthly figure sounds tidy and means you pay for them whether or not you need them that year. Hardware and third-party licensing are billed at cost, with no margin added.

If none of these fit

Plenty of businesses do not need a managed plan at all. If you have five machines and a stable setup, paying monthly for support you rarely use is worse value than calling when something breaks. That answer is available here too, and it will be given before a contract is.

Not sure where to start?

Describe what is happening, or what you are planning. Estimates are free and the first conversation is with the engineer who would do the work — not a salesperson working from a script.
