They have been our systems/network administrators for years. They set up our entire office network complete with server based software, an extensive security and firewall system, and a VPN interface for remote access from our International Divisions. They often have to be available on-call; fixing many network difficulties over the phone. Often they are required to periodically troubleshoot the systems, doing upgrades as necessary.
